We would like to welcome our newest agent, Hannah Wotitzky to the Five Star family. As a resident of Punta Gorda, and member of one of the original pioneer family’s of this community, Hannah believes in this area and the quality of life which is offered here. Hannah is a Ringling College of Art & Design educated Interior Designer. Since graduating in 2011, Hannah has gained experience working for designers, architects, and builders on mid-to-high-end residential/commercial interiors, renovations, and construction. With that knowledge and experience she looks to help people not only find their house, but to make it their home. Hannah’s experience and education in design give her a unique insight in the functionality and potential of properties for investment. It has been through Interior Design that Hannah became interested in Real Estate and how the two services can be combined to better serve the people in her community.
