I live in Wisconsin and had some property to sell which my Dad had bought years ago. I was very reticent about selling just because I was so far away and leery about doing that sight unseen. Through a friend I was put into contact with Bob and it was both a very easy process but, more importantly, a very trusting process. Bob kept me in the loop at all times, upfront about all the financials, contacted me immediately with information, was very understanding of the whole scenario and never pressured me. There aren’t enough Bob’s in the real estate world- y’all ought to clone him!
