About Us

Buying a home and moving to Florida several years ago has been a lifelong dream come true. However, Florida is not new to us. Since Bill’s childhood growing up in Ohio, he traveled with family to homes on the west coast of Florida. During those years he became an avid offshore sailor and power boater. Yes…. you can love both!

Following Bill’s graduation from Muskingum University in Ohio with a degree in Economics and Accounting and a tour of duty in the United States Navy, he joined Sears, Roebuck & Company. There he had a successful career as a Store and Regional Manager. For many years he managed the Craftsman brand in New England.

Nancy retired from a very successful dental administrative career and is very happy to be in Florida full time now. She’s a proud graduate of New Hampton Preparatory School, Plymouth State College-NH, and New Hampshire Technical Institute for dental assisting and dental insurance specialist.

Bill and Nancy live in Punta Gorda with their poodle, Starr. All three are avid boaters, they were blue water sailors in New England…primarily in Maine. Today they are proud owners of a power boat and love exploring and visiting new places on their boat.
