Chan Holley

I was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana. We owned real estate in Fort Myers, Florida since 1982 both on the beach and golf course.

My father started three very successful Recreational Vehicle companies in Indiana and Georgia, one being the one of the largest in the United States during that time. I enjoyed being a part of the company before I started my own family. Being a part of a family owned company I have received the experience and dedication it takes to run a business.

Our family bought and sold real estate investment properties and residential properties in Indiana, Fort Myers Florida , and Naples Florida throughout the years.

My passion is the water having the opportunity to captain on our family yacht along with fishing in our beautiful estuary, the Harbor, Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Ocean, the Bahamas, and Costa Rica. My other passion is with my horses, retired from competition I like to work with the Cowboys on a real working cattle operation from time to time.

I enjoy this profession that I get to work with others finding their most personal investment that they will ever make in their lives.
