Carolyn Koontz

About Me

Carolyn was first introduced to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte area when her husband, Bill, brought her to meet his family. Born in Southwest Virginia and living in Knoxville, TN as an adult, she spent many years visiting the area and dreaming about living here. In Port Charlotte since 2018, she’s loved exploring Charlotte County.

Carolyn’s prior background in office management, accounting and in the movie theater industry ensures she’ll keep your real estate journey well organized and will provide delightful customer service. She loves taking a list of wants and must haves and finding just the right home for you. Carloyn and her husband, Bill, form the Koontz Team! Bill’s bio is also on the Five Star Realty website.

When she’s not busy searching for a client’s dream house, Carloyn spends time with her dogs, George, a dachshund/Jack Russell mix and Jack, a Schnauzer/Dachshund mix, playing pinochle and visiting Tennessee. Be sure to ask her about all the dog friendly places and beaches in the area!
