About Me

Bill’s love of Charlotte County began when his family moved here while he was in middle school. Bill lived in Southwest Florida for 20 years before moving to Tennessee as the Vice President of Operations for a large theatre company. He was very happy to return to Port Charlotte in 2018.

One of Bill’s favorite things about being a realtor is helping people learn about Charlotte County and find their dream spot in Southwest Florida.  As a dedicated realtor, Bill is proud to hold the At Home With Diversity certification, showcasing his commitment to inclusive and diverse real estate practices.  His love and knowledge of the area will help you find your dream home and some new hangout spots. You probably won’t be surprised to learn one of Bill’s downtime activities is watching movies with his fav movie treat – popcorn! He considers himself fortunate to have found two great careers in his life - movie theatres and real estate!  He would be honored to help you find your next home.  As Bill would say, “this could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!”
