Thinking of moving to Southwest Florida or upgrading your current home? We thought we’d show you some of the new neighborhoods coming online and new construction in some already existing communities.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer still figuring out what a mortgage is, looking to downsize because you’re tired of cleaning rooms you never use, you need more room for a growing family (congratulations on that!), or searching for that perfect seasonal home to escape the freezing winter for half the year – these new developments have something for everyone. From gated communities to resort style neighborhoods with activities and wellness options (pickleball, anyone?) to lake or canal front properties with water views or boating opportunities – there’s a delightful mix of it all!
This list is not exhaustive, but it does show some of the newest and most active selling developments. Think of it as the “greatest hits” of new construction, minus the awkward elevator music.
We continually educate ourselves on the latest offerings in the area (it’s a tough job, but someone has to drive around looking at beautiful homes all day) and would be happy to help you narrow down the selections and set up a tour for you. We can also provide the inside scoop on different builders, levels of construction, flood zone areas, and nearby shopping and dining for each location. Give us a call – we promise we’re more fun than this intro suggests!
