This is due to the current renter’s 1st right of refusal option to renew or pricing that has not yet been established for 2017, and unknown future use of the property. NOTE: Pet friendly homes are very limited. Also rest assured that the most inventory for you to actually choose from will be realized starting mid- April/May and we also list more rentals throughout the summer!
(December) singular month (will start reserving after April) rent will be discounted for December
(December and January) 2 mos. (we will start reserving after April)
(Jan-March+) or longer 3+ month reservations (will reserve any time after April)
(January) just this specific month (contact us late Summer)
(January & Feb) both months (contact us in late Fall)
(Feb & March) both months (contact us in the late Fall)
Singular months of Feb, March or April (contact us November- December)
(April) singular month (contact us after April) rent will be discounted for April

NOTE: We cannot show seasonal homes since they are occupied and/or revert back to Owners’ private use when not occupied.
Details of Renting: We rent by the “full” calendar month starting on the 1st of the month 3 month minimum, most condos have 3 month minimums, and we do NOT rent by the week. Rental rates have an additional FL tax of 12% due each month that is not reflected in our advertising.
If you have a small dog or have a boat you are bringing, the inventory is so limited that if one is available we suggest you take it!
Average Condo Rentals rates are $2800.00+ 12% tourist tax each month
Average Pool House Rentals rates are $4000.00.00+ 12% tourist tax each month
Utilities are included but you will have a cap on your electric of $200.00 per month on houses and $150.00 cap on Condos (per month).
To reserve any of our rentals we require a refundable $1000.00 *deposit, a non-refundable $100.00 processing fee and a cleaning fee inc/tax of $168.00. The total reservation amount is $1268.00. *Some restrictions may apply. Some condos charge separate application fees as well.
1st month’s rent with the 12% sales tax is due 90 days before your actual move-in date. U.S. Funds only- otherwise credit card or wiring to our bank is required.
