Originally from Fair Lawn New Jersey I relocated to Punta Gorda in 1978 and have never looked back.  After six years in the New Jersey National Guard and a successful career in the music business, I realized that I lived for the summer to arrive so I could enjoy the warm weather, boating, fishing and golfing.  Florida offered me the opportunity to enjoy my passions year round so the decision to relocate was really an easy one.

 I immediately began my career in Real Estate and have been helping newcomers relocate to our beautiful area since my arrival.  I have experience in new construction sales with some of the finest builders in Southwest Florida, spent a good part of my Real Estate career representing major developers in the area as well as general real estate.
